  • Perry holds a Bachelor of Arts in theatre from Auburn University, a Master of Arts in arts administration from Savannah College of Art and Design, and an Education Specialist degree from the University of West Florida. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in curriculum and instruction at the University of West Florida and is writing a dissertation on theatre education and emotional intelligence. Prior to a career in secondary and post-secondary education, Perry worked in various administrative roles for DR Theatrical Management (My Name is Asher Lev; Love, Loss, and What I Wore (National Tour); Buyer & Cellar), The Public Theater (Shakespeare in the Park 2013; Venice; Here Lies Love; Fun Home), Actors’ Equity Association, and Daryl Roth Productions (Broadway: Kinky Boots, It Shoulda Been You, Sylvia); and he was the education director at Pensacola Little Theatre.

  • Dr. Sydney Brammer is an Assistant Professor of Mass Communication at the University of North Florida. She is passionate about teaching and researching in media and communication studies and enjoys the opportunities and challenges of using media for social good. Dr. Brammer, a graduate of American University (Washington, DC) and Texas Tech University’s College of Media and Communication (Lubbock, TX), loves to sing and play French horn, but her deepest joy is found behind the scenes designing, planning, and dreaming up new ways to make the arts accessible to all people.

  • Jacksonville native Windy Booher Taylor previously served as the President of the Board of Directors of Capital City Rowing in Tallahassee. A lifelong singer, she has performed in school, church, and community ensembles, including the Jacksonville Masterworks Chorale and the Tallahassee Community Chorus. She was the 2002 winner of the Lincoln Lowell Russell Prize in Music at Amherst College, and author of the memoir Eulogies for my Mother

  • Dr. James Hall is Associate Professor of Voice and Voice Area Coordinator at the University of North Florida, where he joined the faculty in 2011. Highly sought after as an adjudicator, presenter, master clinician, and vocal pedagogue, Dr. Hall’s students are singing in major Young Artist Programs across the country and have consistently earned places in graduate programs in the nation’s top conservatories. In addition to his teaching appointment, Dr. Hall enjoys a performing career that includes opera, oratorio, chamber music, and solo recital. He is a graduate of the Maryland Opera Studio at The University of Maryland, College Park, as well as The Shepherd School of Music at Rice University.

  • Jason Taylor is a Jacksonville transplant who has come to love the city and all of its wonderful offerings of artistic expression. He is an attorney by profession and lends his legal expertise and experience with nonprofit organizations to work together with the RCT board in support of the mission of RCT—to provide an opportunity to youth and others in our community to learn about and a be a part of the performing arts.
